AC maintenance and AMC for businesses

What planned servicing covers, how an AMC works, and the signs that a system needs attention now.

Why commercial systems need planned servicing

Air-conditioning in a shop, clinic, office or hotel usually runs longer and harder than at home, through dusty summers and humid monsoons. Dust builds up on filters and coils, drains collect dirt, and small faults grow quietly until the system stops on the hottest day of the year.

Planned servicing catches those problems early, while they are still small.

What a service visit typically covers

Filters and coils
Cleaning filters and coils so air moves freely through the indoor and outdoor units.
Drainage
Checking and clearing condensate drains, a common cause of water leaks.
Performance checks
Checking that each unit is cooling as it should and the system is running normally.
Electrical and controls
Inspecting connections and checking that controls and settings work.
Early issue detection
Looking for noise, vibration, ice, oil marks or other early signs of a fault, and reporting them.

What an AMC is

An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is a yearly arrangement for scheduled servicing of your systems. Instead of calling someone only when something breaks, visits are planned through the year, and the same team gets to know your equipment.

What a contract covers, and how often visits happen, depends on the systems and how hard they work. We agree that with you before the contract starts.

Signs a system needs attention now

Not cooling as before
Rooms take longer to cool, or never reach the set temperature.
Water leaking
Drips from an indoor unit, usually a blocked or damaged drain.
New noises or smells
Rattling, grinding or a musty or burning smell.
Frequent tripping or error codes
The unit stops, restarts or shows a fault on its display.
